Campbell River Golf and Country Club


Jamie is thrilled to be back home in Campbell River after spending many years away. His passion for food was sparked in his parents’ kitchen, learning
from their creativity and developing an appreciation for quality ingredients. He went on to complete his training at the Culinary Institute of Canada (Prince Edward Island), and earned his chops working in kitchens along the east coast, including New York’s luxurious Sagamore Resort on Lake George. From there, Jamie’s culinary flair catapulted him into the kitchens of renowned hotels and mountain lodges across North America, including stops in Oregon (USA) and Jasper (Alberta).

Happy to join the SANDTRAP team, Jamie looks forward to bringing his out-of-the box thinking to the Campbell River food scene.
He prides himself on his attention to detail, and is keen to develop a menu that highlights the simplicity of fresh, delicious ingredients.
