Bright and spacious, flexible and customizable, the Campbell River Golf & Country Club is the ideal venue for your next event or meeting. We’ve become Campbell River’s prefered choice for workshops, business meetings, lunch and learns, celebrations of life, engagement parties, bachelor parties, and weddings. We can adapt our three spaces to everything from a casual open house to intimate formal dinners. With a kitchen on-site we can include seamless catering and diverse menu options. From the vaulted ceiling of the Chapel to the open and airy Arbutus and Sequoia rooms upstairs in the Clubhouses, our venues are unlike any others in Campbell River. Seating 90 people, the Chapel is the ideal location for a quaint wedding ceremony, followed by a reception in the Arbutus room, our largest meeting space. The Sequoia is smaller, seating up to 65. We can arrange any of these spaces to meet the needs of your group and function, from boardroom style to standing tables, sit down dining to workshops.

Eats and Drinks

Partnering with our fresh and creative Sandtrap Restaurant we bring the same flexibility to our catering services. Sit down dining, a buffet, snacks or hors d’oeuvres, breakfast, lunch or dinner. We will work with you to provide exactly what you and your guests crave. Our focus is from scratch, using fresh and local ingredients whenever possible and we can accommodate allergies and diets. When it comes to drinks we’re just as adaptable: host or cash bar, table service or bring your ideas.


Our local knowledge is extensive in sourcing entertainment. If you need a singer or a band, a keynote speaker or a comedian we can help you find the ideal entertainment.  


All our spaces are equiped for presentations with internet and modern audio and visual equipment. Digital flatscreens, mic and sound system, we’re ready with whatever you need.
